THE PA PROGRAM ALSO ENCOURAGES PROTECTION OF THESE DAMAGED FACILITIES FROM FUTURE INCIDENTS BY PROVIDING ASSISTANCE FOR HAZARD MITIGATION MEASURES AND CODE COMPLIANCE.
