FOR THE SCIENCE COMMUNITY NOIRLAB PROVIDES ACCESS TO STATE-OF-THE-ART INSTRUMENTATION ON LARGE (8-METER MIRROR DIAMETER) AND MEDIUM-SIZED OR ?MID-SCALE? (APPROXIMATELY 4-METER DIAMETER) OIR TELESCOPES TO ENABLE RESEARCH IN ALL AREAS OF ASTRONOMY.
